En la firma Posada arquitectos creemos que ningún proyecto es un ente aislado, sino que es parte de un sistema mayor y más complejo. Es por ello que buscamos que nuestras construcciones tengan un excelente funcionamiento y un impacto positivo en el medio ambiente.
Nuestros diseños de áreas verdes se asemejan y son lo más cercano al terreno original antes de la intervención del hombre. Si por alguna razón se necesitara modificar el terreno sería únicamente con una función ecológica.
Antes de construir, realizamos un análisis de la geografía del suelo y de la forma en que drena el terreno. Estudiamos la vegetación nativa y endémica, la fauna, el clima y las condiciones sociales y culturales de la zona.
Para nuestra firma, es muy importante que cada proyecto tenga el menor impacto ambiental posible y un efecto social positivo. Aprovechamos la luz solar, la ventilación natural, la vegetación nativa y los elementos regionales.
De esta manera buscamos que nuestros proyectos consuman la menor cantidad de recursos energéticos, sean de gran confort para sus habitantes y estén adaptados a su entorno.

At Posada, we believe that a project is not an isolated entity, but a part of a bigger and more complex system. This is why we strive for our projects to have excellent performance and a positive impact on the environment.
Our design of green areas creates exterior spaces that follow as much as possible the form of the land before human intervention. The only reason we modify the landscape is to enhance its ecological function.
Before building we carry out an analysis of the geography of the soil and of the site's drainage characteristics. We study the native and endemic vegetation, the fauna, the weather, as well as the social and cultural conditions of the area.
At Posada, it is very important for each project to have the lowest environmental impact as well as a positive social effect. We take advantage of sunlight, natural ventilation, local vegetation and all other natural elements.
Our goal is to create beautiful, functional buildings that consume the least energy, provide the highest levels of comfort for their inhabitants and are well adapted to the environment.
