At Posada-Resnikov, we believe that a project is not an isolated entity, but a part of a bigger and more complex system. This is why we aim for our projects to have excellent performance and to have a positive impact on the environment.

Our design of green areas is as closely as possible to the original land, before human intervention. If for any reason, the area needs to be modified, it would be only for an ecological function.

Before building, we carry out an analysis of the geography of the soil and of the way the land drains. We study the native and endemic vegetation, the fauna, the weather, as well as the social and cultural conditions of the area.

At Posada-Resnikov, it is very important for each project to have the lowest environmental impact, and a positive social effect. We take advantage of the sunlight, the natural ventilation, the local vegetation and the natural elements.

This way, we aim for our projects to consume the lowest amount of energy resources, to be of high comfort for its inhabitants and to be adapted to the environment.
