First built project of the firm, in which a lot, that was adjacent to a steep hill from the northeast side was chosen, this was a conservation area that had an interesting variety of native and endemic flora.
In this project, we wanted a great part of the house to face north, towards the hill, to take advantage of the view, while the main bedroom would be facing south. This makes this area very comfortable during the hot season, as well as in the winter.
A solar PV power system was installed on the south-sloped roof; this system generates some of the electricity of the house, in a more sustainable way.
Along with a few yucca trees, a slate stone from the terrain was used as part of the landscape. It requires a minimum of maintenance, yet it matches in colors and forms with the natural landscape.
