Over the last years, sustainable development has been presented as an alternative to the traditional socioeconomic development, the cause of great environmental damage to the planet.
As a firm, in Posada-Resnikov we work for an intelligent, technically advanced and environmentally friendly architecture, combining a bioclimatic and landscape design, in harmony with the environment.
Our goal is to create an architecture and landscape design, where the use of local materials and native vegetation, gives us a starting point; placing particular emphasis in both aesthetics and ecological design.
Before starting the design of a project, we take into account the characteristics of the place where the project will be developed. Different features are studied, such as topography, soils, sunlight, prevailing winds, rainfall, stormwater runoff, vegetation, fauna, as well as the social and environmental impact that the project will have in the area. All this, results not only in comfort, but also in great saving of resources for its inhabitants.
Our cities and communities, are in need of the creation of healthy spaces in harmony with the environment, as well as of the efficient and rational administration of the resources, in a way that it will be possible to improve the well being of the present population, without jeopardizing the quality of life of future generations.
